Helpdesk Support Systems Engineer:
CR Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Helpdesk Support Systems Engineer. Candidate will be part of a fast growing company that is providing cutting edge technology to our customers.
Responsibilities will include:
- First tier point of contact for Customers
- Proactively and reactively respond to Customer technical issues
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve problems with applications, networks, server applications, and hardware
- Support for 200+ distinct network environments
- Configuration management and automation of tasks
- Assist System Engineering team with deployment related tasks.
- Install, upgrade, monitor, and maintain office equipment and software.
- Responsible for the deployment of application updates on local computers and servers.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Ability to interact with personnel at all levels of our customers company to obtain, analyze, and discuss business processes and solutions
- Organized and disciplined in supporting a diversified network environment, including documentation and communication of planned upgrades
- Excellent technical problem solving skills, be very organized, have good project management and communication (oral and written) skills
- Minimum 1-3 years in Windows Desktop and/or Server Helpdesk or Administration
- Experience in deploying Windows-based software in a network environment
- Windows 2000/2003/2008 Operating Systems
- Windows XP Pro / Vista Business / Windows 7 Pro Desktop Operating Systems
- Windows IP services (DNS, DHCP, WINS, Server Manager)
- Knowledge and Experience in VMWare (ESXi, ESX, vSphere)
- Knowledge and Experience in Microsoft Exchange Server 2003/2007/2010

Network Engineer:
CR Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Network
Engineer. Candidate will be part of a fast growing company that is
providing cutting edge technology to our customers. Some of the
responsibilities will include design, install, and support of routing,
switching, and security/VPN technologies in WAN/LAN environments of our
customers. Ability to work effectively as a part of a team and excellent
communication skills are crucial in this role. Strong follow-up, a sense of
urgency and organizational skills are necessary. Must be results oriented, a
motivator with a *can-do* attitude, the flexibility to manage various
resources, multiple priorities and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 3 years in a technical networking environment
- Experience
with designing, configuring and troubleshooting complex network backbones
- Experience
in routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, RIP, and BGP) in a Cisco environment
- Experience
in VLAN technology, VTP and STP protocols
- Experience
in Access Control Lists, Cisco Firewalls, VPN technologies and other
security technologies
- Solid
understanding of Cisco routers and switches
- Experience
with DSL, Cable, T1, T3, and MPLS technologies
- Experience
in Metro-Ethernet technologies
- Experience
in network monitoring, management tools
- Knowledge
of VoIP and QoS
- Work
with hardware and software vendors to resolve network related issues
- Documentation
and design of current and new installations
- Functional
knowledge of cable standards, multi/single mode fiber
- Plan
and implement future installations of network equipment and capacity
planning
- High-level
analysis and troubleshooting of network infrastructure
- Experience
with Cisco 4500 and 6500 series switches is a plus
- Experience
in IP Telephony (Cisco Unified Communications) is a plus
